High Voltage Shore Power System, Cruise

This is a advance notice to let interested suppliers make their interest of participating know. Plug Ålesund shall establish a shore power facility for cruise ships in Ålesund. The facility are to be built on Prestebrygga, a quay central in Ålesund city, to supply ships on the quays Prestebrygga and Stornespiren. Both are pillar quays. The converter facility shall be able to supply all cruise ships calling for Ålesund, and are to be built in accordance with IEC-80005-1:2019 and IEC 80005-2:2016. The converter facility will be 2 x 16 MVA, both supplying 11 kV and 6,6 kV, at 50 and 60 Hz, and that is what is asked for in the competition. To be able to deliver the power to the ships, there will be bought a mobile cable management system. Lot 1: The competition is for the delivery of a converter facility that comprise all necessary components needed to deliver 2 x 16 MVA at 11 and 6,6 kV and 50 and 60 Hz to cruise ships. This includes transformers at primary side, frequency converters, transformers on secondary side and necessary drive for control. The interface to the grid, will be on the 11 kV cables to the facility, while the interface on the secondary side will be on the cables to the supply pits. The facility must be delivered in containers and cooling must be included in the delivery. The facility must be in accordance with IEC 80005-1 (v.2 2019-03) and IEC 80005-2 (V.1 2016-06). Ground work and the cables (including word) to the supply pits are not part of the delivery. Suppliers that are interested, must make their interest know electronically as described in para I.3. The following information must be sent electronically: company certificate, contact information for the receiver of the tender documents (name, title, phone number and e-mail address). Answering this call of interest, is to be regarded as confirmation that we may save the information for the purpose of the competition. When the deadline is reached, the tenders will receive invitation to the competition, including receiving the tender documents.
