La présente consultation concerne :COMMANDE D'INSTALLATIONS ARTISTIQUES MONUMENTALES POUR L'ESPACE PUBLIC DE LA VILLE DE LA COURNEUVE A L'OCCASION DES JEUX OLYMPIQUES ET PARALYMPIQUES 2024. Elle fait suite au marché no2023-026 qui a été déclaré sans suite.Dans le cadre des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de 2024, la Ville souhaite créer un parcours artistique de forte visibilité, pour scander un des axes majeurs de la Ville, la N186, entre deux noeuds de connexion de transports, la place du 8 mai 1945 et la place de l'Armistice, à La Courneuve.A ce titre, la Ville souhaite commandée une oeuvre composée d'installations artistiques verticales monumentales, ci-après désignée " l'OEuvre ", objet du présent marché et dont les caractéristiques figurent ci-après.
