Provision of Event Management and Related Services

ISFCOE is holding this competition with the objective of establishing a single-party framework for the provision of event management and related services. The first contract awarded under the resulting framework agreement shall be awarded on the basis of this competition and shall comprise event management of Sustainable Finance Week 2024, and build, hosting and maintenance/support of the associated website and app, as per requirements set out in part 4 of this RFT. Please refer to the request for tenders (RFT) documents for more information. Please note that: (i)Tenderers must be able to provide and must bid for all of the service elements set out in the RFT; (ii) the timelines set out in Part 4 of the RFT are of essence; and (iii) the value of €220k is the estimated total value for the entire duration of the Framework Agreement; the budget for the Initial Contract is set to €100k.
