Temporary health staff, framework agreement.

Description

The contest is for a framework agreement for the provision of temporary health staff; health workers, social educators, nurses, and specialist nurses. The value of the procurement is estimated to be: NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT a year. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Maximum value, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lot Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement. Framework agreement The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement. The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2023-02-06 until and including 2025-02-05, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for up to 2 years, for 12 months at a time. The contracting authority shall also enter into parallel agreements with two or more tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
