Tenders are required for a Surfacing project in Oxhey Woods - South Oxhey. Oxhey Woods is a large ancient semi-natural woodland in Three Rivers District, this contract seeks to improve access by surfacing two sections of the London LOOP and regrading an existing surfaced path. The work involves: •Surfacing of two sections of the London LOOP, totalling 900m. •Regrading 2270m of existing surfaced path. Works are required over the Winter 2024-25 to be completed by March 2025 The full tendering information and specification is contained in the tender documents attached to this notice. Estimated value is £100 - £150k Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
