Brief description of decarbonisation works to Block (G) Business innovation Centre: Switch from Oil Boilers to Air Source Heat Pumps as the Primary Heat Source. Heating Controls added to mitigate unnecessary heating usage. Roof mounted array of 177No 460Wp Solar Photovoltaic panels. Existing AHU replaced with a modern efficient unit. LED lighting upgrade with the addition of Occupancy Detection and Emergency Lighting on Dali system. High performance triple glazed window replacements to the original section of the building and window upgrades to the rest of the building. Significant increase in the thermal performance of the roof of the original section of the building. External Wall thermal upgrades by means of pumped cavity wall insulation and airtightness measures. Brief description of decarbonisation works to Block (P) Knocknarea Arena: Install air Source Heat Pump and convert existing boiler to LPG. South facing PV array of 400M2. Replace main hall AHU to include Air Source Heat Pump. Light fittings converted to LED, with occupancy detection. Upgrade plantroom roof.
