This is a 2-stage procurement for a 2-stage tender to deliver Peckham Rye Station Sq: 1. demolition of the existing arcade infront of the station. 2. replacement of supports under Platform 3 3. reinstatement of the station forecourt as a public square 4. refurbishment of arches into retail units 5. other minor associated highways works. Potential suppliers are asked to complete the pre-supplier selection stage in the first instance which will inform the shortlist for a limited number of potential contractors to be invited to tender for a PSCA to deliver this scheme.
