London Borough of Ealing wishes to carry out market engagement in August/September 2024 with providers who are interested in applying to join the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of the following services:<br/>1. Domiciliary care for adults<br/>2. Domiciliary care for children<br/>3. Domiciliary care for Extra Care<br/>4. Day and evening opportunities for adults<br/>5. Floating support services for adults<br/><br/>Ealing Council has a duty to meet the care and support needs of vulnerable adults, children, and carers in the borough where the eligibility criteria are met. As a result, the Council sources a diverse range of services to meet individual care and support needs using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).<br/>The DPS enables the purchasing of individual care packages as well as the spot and block purchase of services. It is an electronic system with referrals and call-offs made through Ealing Council’s nominated e-Brokerage solution.<br/>Services will support vulnerable adults and children with a range of support needs including, but not exclusively adults living with dementia, autistic adults, those with mental health challenges, physical disabilities or sensory impairments or learning disabilities.<br/><br/>Ealing Council spends approximately £29.5m per annum on domiciliary care services for adults and children: Approximately £1.5m per annum on domiciliary care services for extra care; £5.5m per annum on day opportunities for adults; £770k per annum on floating support services.<br/><br/>The DPS will be in place for four years, with the option to extend for a further four years in total by two 2-year extensions (2 years + 2 years).<br/>Providers can apply to deliver one or more of the services listed above.<br/><br/>The application process will be open to all providers in the North-West London area.
