Udbuddet omfatter en rammeaftale om indkøb af VVS og ventilation til Statens Serum Institut. Nærværende rammeaftale omfatter bygningerne hos SSI. Udover den daglige drift og vedligeholdelse af de omfattede bygninger, sker der løbende fornyelse i- og udvidelse af bygningsmassen. Rammeaftalen omfatter endvidere mindre entrepriser (projekter), hvor ydelserne har en samlet værdi på mindre end DKK 1.000.000 ekskl. moms. Rammeaftalen inklusive de almindelige bestemmelser for bygge og anlæg (AB 18Forenklet) med de i bilag 6, anførte fravigelser, udgør det samlede aftalegrundlag mellem parterne om udførelse af ydelser omfattet af rammeaftalen.
