Le présent dossier concerne des travaux de rénovation et de restructuration de l’annexe de la grange située sur le domaine de la Grange au Bois à Lagny-sur-Marne situé 24 bis avenue Raymond Poincaré à Lagny-sur-Marne (77400) pour le compte d’un maître d’ouvrage public – le Syndicat Intercommunal des Centres de Pédagogie et de Réadaptation pour Handicapés. L’opération consistera en la rénovation-restructuration complète de l’enveloppe et de la structure des bâtiments comprenant : - La rénovation de la couverture avec reprise de charpente ; - Le remplacement des menuiseries extérieures ; - La réfection des façades ; - Les reprises des plancher bas et haut suivant besoin ; - L’apport des réseaux nécessaires ; - Les travaux d’aménagement intérieur des plateaux créés en salles et espaces sanitaires ; - La mise au même niveau de l’ensemble des locaux du rez-de-chaussée avec traitement d’un parvis extérieur.
