The Housing and Economy Department are currently working on their External Works Programme, which includes a wide range of works to the gardens within the curtilage of the property and schemes on Housing owned land. In addition to this works, there is an ongoing budget to complete environmental improvements work, which is an ongoing process and continues beyond December 2020. This Contract is for the following: (1) Construction of Environmental Improvement Schemes, including • On Plot Parking • Off Street Car Parks • On Street Parking Lay-bys • Drainage Schemes (2) Reconstruction of Communal Yards (3) Bespoke Civil Engineering Schemes, i.e., construction of Access Roads (4) Reconstruction of Garage Forecourts and HRA Access Roads
