Die ÜSTRA nutzt Infor LN 10.7 sowie die 10.8 in der Tools Ebene sowie ein Infor OS 10.6. Das Infor OS läuft hierbei in einer DMZ und wird dediziert mit dem Infor LN verbunden. Des Weiteren ist bei der ÜSTRA das sog. Tier-Modell nach den Vorgaben des Softwareherstellers Microsoft im Einsatz. Entsprechend sind die Zugänge zu den Systemen ggf. eingeschränkt und werden durch die ÜSTRA IT dann personenscharf geöffnet. Zugang zur ÜSTRA IT Landschaft ist zur Zeit ausschließlich über ÜSTRA eigene Geräte möglich, welche dem Dienstleister in kleiner Zahl bereitgestellt werden. Mit dem Infor LN sind (auch über das Infor OS) diverse andere Softwaresysteme verbunden oder in-tegriert. Diese sind beispielsweise Hyland Saperion, Boom Maintenance Manager, Sparkasse Sfirm, Orgatech Elekon, Peoplesoft HRM, Entiac Lagerverwaltung, Evosource BekaShop, Gate50, Shell Tank-datenabrechnung, und mehrere weitere. Die zugehörigen Schnittstellentechniken sind weitestgehend für die wichtigsten Systeme im Kriterienkatalog aufgeführt.
