North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is undertaking a procurement to provide Housing Management to the clients of Swan House in North East Lincolnshire. Swan House is to be used as self-contained accommodation for adults aged 18 and over who have experienced homelessness and/or rough sleeping. The procurement is split into the following 2 lots: Lot 1 - Intensive Housing Management Services provided at Swan House Lot 2 - Intensive Rough Sleeper Support Services provided for Swan House Clients Lot 1: Intensive Housing Management Services Provided at Swan House Intensive Housing Management Services Provided at Swan House Additional information: The value identified in II.2.6 is the annual budget of £400,000 multiplied across the duration. The duration identified in II.2.7 is made up of an initial contract period of 24 months, plus the option to extend for a further 12month period. Lot 2: Intensive Rough Sleeper Support Services Provided for Swan House Clients Intensive Rough Sleeper Support Services Provided for Swan House Clients. Additional information: The value identified in II.2.6 is the annual budget of £140,000.00 multiplied across the duration of the contract. The duration identified in II.2.7 is made up of an initial contract period of 24 months, plus the option to extend for a further 12month period
