Description

There are various amounts of concrete spalling and cracking to the window lintels at the front and rear of the building, as well as to the concrete at the top of the elevations. The undercloak to the car park is also suffering from cracking and spalling. The materials specified within section one of the attached Sika specification, will remediate all areas. To the front of the building there are coated sections of concrete (beams & columns). The second section of the attached Sika specification will remediate this area.
