Description

The Danish Housing and Planning Authority, acting as the Secretariat of the program Nordic Sustainable Construction, wishes to procure services related to establishing of capability regarding reuse of construction materials targeted to the students at vocational educational institutions in the Nordic countries. The objective of the task is ultimately to increase the reuse of construction materials in the Nordic construction industry by equipping students at the vocational educational institutions across the Nordic countries with hands-on knowledge about reuse of construction materials by providing their teachers with inspirational teaching material and tools. The Contract shall be performed by the end of 2024. For further information see section II.2.4. Lot 1: The Danish Housing and Planning Authority, acting as the Secretariat of the program Nordic Sustainable Construction, wishes to procure services related to establishing of capability regarding reuse of construction materials targeted to the students at vocational educational institutions in the Nordic countries. The Nordic countries in the tendered contract refer to Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, and can furthermore, at the Supplier’s discretion, include Greenland, Faeroe Islands and Åland. The services shall be performed in following sequential phases: Phase 1: Mapping of teaching materials regarding reuse, capabilities, and mapping of relevant legislation in the Nordic countries; Phase 2: Development of supplementary teaching material in cooperation with at least one vocational educational institution; Phase 3: Dissemination of the developed material; and Phase 4: Evaluation and provision of recommendations for follow-up activities. This procurement is a part of the program Nordic Sustainable Construction, funded by Nordic Innovation. The program is initiated by the Nordic Ministers for Construction and Housing and runs from 2021-2024. Therefore, the tendered contract shall be performed by the end of 2024. The price of the tendered contract is firm and fixed and does not form part of the award. The tendered contract has not been divided into lots, cf. section 49 (2) of the Danish Public Procurement Act, as the contract is not considered suitable for division. The contract covers performance of one specific task, for which one contractor shall retain the full resposibility, and which is to be delivered in interdependent phases at a fixed and firm price set by the contracting authority.
