Begleitung von konzernweiten vollbefragungen-/Stichprobenbefragungen der KfW Bankengruppe Während der Grundlaufzeit hat der Auftragnehmer eine Mitarbeiterbefragung als KfW-weite Vollbefragungen online durchzuführen. Anschließend hat der Auftragnehmer bei entsprechender Vertragsverlängerung weitere Mitarbeiterbefragungen im 2-Jahres-Rhythmus durchzuführen. Der Auftragnehmer hat sich im Rahmen der Ausgestaltung der Befragung inhaltlich an den vorangegangen Vollbefragungen zu orientieren, um Rückvergleiche zu erlauben. Dazu werden dem Auftragnehmer die Ergebnisse der vorangegangenen Befragungen zur Verfügung gestellt. Während der Grundlaufzeit ist der voraussichtliche Leistungsbeginn der 01.01.2025. Die KfW hat das Recht, diesen Zeitpunkt erforderlichenfalls anzupassen. Im Falle der Vertragsverlängerung wird die KfW dem Auftragnehmer den Leistungsbeginn weiterer Mitarbeiterbefragungen mit ausreichendem zeitlichem Vorlauf mitteilen.
