Description
Plymouth City Council ("The Council") is currently working on a project to replace its existing Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) and Bus Traffic Light Priority (BTLP) system. The Council is keen to gain an up-to-date insight from the market and is therefore conducting early market engagement through a Supplier Engagement Day to explore business, technological and innovative solutions that are available. In addition, this will allow The Council to gauge the level of market interest, align its requirements with the products and services that are available, and on what terms solutions can be delivered. The Supplier Engagement Day will be hosted at Plymouth City Council Offices, Ballard House, West Hoe Road, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ on Thursday, 20th March 2025. A total of 4 (four) supplier time slots are available, which will be allocated by the Council on a first registration basis via the Councils Procurement Portal messaging facility for this opportunity. Any registered suppliers that are unsuccessful obtaining a time slot will not be excluded from any resulting procurement process and will be provided notes from each session following the supplier engagement day. This information will also form part of the procurement documents for the upcoming procurement opportunity. Additional information: If interested, please respond via the Councils Procurement Portal https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk Project reference DN764628 no later than 17:00 on Thursday, 13th March 2025 (late submissions will not be accepted) confirming your interest and preferred option through the messaging facility: Option 1 - Attend in person (limited to 2 attendees, others may join via Teams call).
