Pitched & Flat Roofing Works Framework (Domestic)

Description

Tenders were invited by the Council from Contractors with relevant experience, sufficient capacity and capability in providing Roofing Works (the "Works") across the borough of Kirklees, under a proposed Framework Agreement as detailed further in the Tender Pack and Specification. The procurement documents were available to download from YORtender ( https://yortender.eu-supply.com). Lot 1: Pitched Roofing and Roofline work Under this Framework the majority of the Roofing Works are to be carried out on residential properties across the Borough on homes of varying archetypes including low-rise flats, houses, and bungalows. In addition, there is a requirement for roofline works (Gutters, Facias and Soffits) minor roof works and roofing repairs. There is a reroof mixture of pitched and flat roofs using a variety of slates and tiles on pitched roofs and various design and build flat roof systems. Annually there are approximately 300 properties requiring roofing works located across the district. Lot 1 is for Pitched Roofing Replacements.
