Tenders are sought for the provision of a Bio-reactor & Microplate Reader (2 Lots) for Atlantic Technological University (ATU), Galway City Campus. The tender consists of 2 lots, tenderers can submit a proposal for multiple or individual lots: Lot 1: The Bio-reactor is required for culturing both microbial and mammalian cells using mixing, a precise flow of gas, temperature regulation and an accurate monitoring and control system. The Bio reactor will be used for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research. Lot 2: The Microplate Reader required is a fully loaded multimode plate reader with monochromator-based optics, offering free wavelength choice and scanning capabilities for all standard absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence assays. The Microplate Reader will be used for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research.
