Lot 1: The Applecross Community Company is inviting proposals for a Lead Architect and their chosen Project Team to Prepare the Design (RIBA stages 1-4), Construction Documentation (RIBA 4) and undertake Contract Administration (RIBA 5) for the affordable houses, business units and associated infrastructure as outlined in the Applecross Sustainable Living Masterplan for the Hydro-field site in Applecross.
