Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to procure the design and construction of the Mote Park Kiosk change of use and extension works at Mote Park, Willow Way, Maidstone, ME15 7RN. Andrew Wells Architectural Planning and Design have applied and obtained planning permission (see appendix C of theses tender documents) to proceed with the provision of disabled WC’s, storage and changing rooms facilities. Mote Park, being a Heritage site in the Maidstone Borough have obtained planning permission with some conditions to be discharged. The discharge of these conditions will be managed by Andrew Wells Architectural Planning Design. Keywords: building, extension, construction
