This tender is to develop and deliver an independent economic evaluation and to work with the NICA project team on the analysis and interpretation of the evaluation evidence. The aim is to ensure the Centre responds to citizen needs and market opportunities to innovate for an ageing society, taking forward the innovations that have the greatest possible impact.
