The procurement comprises Fourteen Trade Lots in order to deliver a multi-trades day-to-day common reactive repair and void repair service throughout the Association's housing stock. The Trade Lots are as follows: - Lot 1 - Multi-Trade Lot 2 - Out of Hours (Compulsory Lot) Lot 3 - Builderswork Lot 4 - Electrical Lot 5 - Joinery Lot 6 - Plumbing Lot 7 - Roofing Lot 8 - Stage 3 Medical Adaptations Lot 9 - Voids Lot 10 - Glazing Lot 11 - Painterwork (Minor works) Lot 12 - Scaffolding Lot 13 - Underground Drainage Lot 14 - Plasterwork Lot 1: Multi-Trades Tollcross Housing Housing Association Ltd intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 5 Contractors for this Lot. It is intended that all contractors appointed to this Lot will be considered to be "approved contractors" and the works will be shared between the providers for the duration of the agreement. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
