Feedback from the PCN test sites has identified the need for external facilitation and 1 to 1 coaching support to help them deliver their improvement plans, change programmes and bring about lasting change. Specifically, they want subject matter expert facilitators to help with peer learning, for example, to diagnose shared improvement / delivery challenges and create plans to solve through an action learning set type model.
