Request for Tenders for a Hotel with Conference facilities to hold a National Staff conference for NCSE, over a two day period (22/10/24 and 23/10/24 or 23/10/24 and 24/10/24) providing a main conference room/area to hold up to 400, and approximately 4 breakout rooms with suitable capacity. In addition catering provision to include coffee and tea breaks and lunch on both days, conference dinner on the first evening of the event for conference attendees. Furthermore, bedroom accommodation for up to 20 guests is also required.
