The provision of a programme of training, resources and ongoing support for our existing and future home composting focused EAVs over the next five years. Environment Action Volunteers (EAVs) are Leicestershire residents who work within their communities to raises awareness of key environmental issues and encourage positive behavioural changes. They are a key part of Leicestershire County Council’s mission to reduce waste, protect the environment and tackle climate change. Keywords: Volunteer
