FMM-24-003 - Thermoplastic Playground and Line Markings Lot 1: Lot 1 - South West FMM-24-003 - Thermoplastic Playground and Line Markings. Additional information: The value shown in II.2.6 is the highest value estimated in the following range: £30,000 to £203,000 GBP excluding VAT (£36,000 to £243,600 GBP inclusive of VAT) for Lot 1. Tenderers may bid for one or more Lots. For the avoidance of doubt there is no limit to the number of Lots a Supplier can bid for. The value has been calculated on the basis of a four-year framework and includes contingency for higher demand during the Framework Period, for all Clients. There is no commitment as to the usage, volume, or value of products required under this Framework Agreement. The Authority will determine the most economically advantageous tender(s)(MEAT) on the basis of the ‘lowest price/cost’ submission(s), once full compliance has been demonstrated with all of the elements of the specification and any other requirements as listed in the tender documentation. Details of the evaluation process incorporating price and compliance are provided as part of document 1 ‘Tender Instructions and Evaluation Methodology’.
