Système d'acquisition dynamique (SAD) visant à la conclusion de marchés spécifiques ayant pour objet la fourniture de dispositifs médicaux stériles, non stériles et de dispositifs médicaux implantables pour les établissements du Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT) Sud Lorraine et le Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours de Meurthe & Moselle (SDIS 54) : Les marchés spécifiques prendront la forme d'accords-cadres à bons de commande mono-attributaires, avec un minimum et/ou maximum en valeur ou en quantité fixé dans l'acte d'engagement. Ils seront exécutoires pour une durée maximale de 4 ans (éventuelles périodes de reconduction comprises). Leurs modalités d'exécution seront définies dans un CCP dédié, qui complétera en tant que de besoin les dispositions communes prévues dans le CCAP et le CCTP du SAD
