The tender was for refurbishment works to Cae Llan Public Conveniences, Station Road, Betws y Coed.Works included:Removing all existing floor coverings and replacing with vinyl and suitable weather resistant flooring to foyer;Installation of floor gullies and associated drainage in Ladies and Gents toilets;Removal of existing lighting system and replacement with suitable LED fittings including emergency lighting;Installation of dropped ceiling;Installation of PIV system;Redecoration of external and internal painted walls;Servicing of existing windows including replacing damaged/rotten wooden frames where necessary and repainting of all frames;Remediation of damaged facias/soffits and overcladding with PVC;Other minor refurbishment works.
