Description

To establish a framework of consultants capable of providing professional services within the UK for the whole of the public sector. The framework will cover, all types professional services within construction and premises. It is proposed that the term of this Framework Agreement will be for a period of 3 years from 12.4.2020, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. The framework shall have the facility for clients to either call-off from the framework, based on the tendered rates or further compete their requirements. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. For the provision of complete construction professional services covering: — civil, structural and highways engineering, — building services engineering, — quantity surveyors, — cost consultants, programme and project management (inc P6 Managers), lead consultant and employers agent, — architect services (inc. principle designer), — site supervisor, clerk of works, — building surveying, — sports and leisure, — fire safety engineering, — asset and estate management, — funding solution, bid writing. This lot is for the provision of civil, structural and highways engineering services. This lot is for the provision of building services engineering. This lot is for the provision of quantity surveyors/cost consultants. This lot is for the provision of programme and project management (inc P6 managers), lead consultant and employers agent. This lot is for the provision of architectural services, including principle designer. This lot is for the provision of site supervisor/clerk of works. This lot is for the provision of building surveying. This lot is for the provision of asbestos consultancy. This lot is for the provision of water/legionella consultancy. This lot is for the provision of professional services in relation to the construction of sports and leisure projects. This lot is for the provision of fire safety specialist. This lot is for the provision of asset and estate management. This lot is for the provision of funding solutions in relation to construction projects.
