Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Supplier for an Air Conditioning Servicing & Maintenance Term Contract. This contract will primarily cover the servicing and maintenance of air-conditioning plant at the Councils non-domestic properties. These properties are located across the County Borough at various sites such as schools and commercial properties. An out of hours and emergency breakdown service is also required.
