Ventilation filters - framework agreement for the period 2023 - 2025, option for 1+1 year extension

Description

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of ventilation filters. Lot 1: Trondheim Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of ventilation filters. The contracting authority has approx. 220 buildings and the size of these buildings vary from building to building. Approx. half of the buildings contain 1-2 systems, whilst the remaining buildings contain between 3-4 systems. In addition to the delivery of ventilation filters, the tenderer must maintain a complete filter index file that shows filter types, with sizes, types, and the number for each building. The index file must be submitted revised and free of charge to the contracting authority as a minimum once a year or upon request.
