The International Protection Procurement Service (“IPPS”), on behalf of the Contracting Authority, is seeking tenders for the provision of housing support to Person(s) with Status living in International Protection Accommodation Services (“IPAS”) accommodation to progress into independent housing solutions. This includes assisting Person(s) with Status with assistance in finding a sustainable housing solution. This public procurement competition will be divided into four (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract Lot 1: 1. Dublin, Louth, Meath, Kildare, Wicklow, Carlow and Kilkenny The International Protection Accommodation Service (IPAS) of the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY), currently provides accommodation services to international protection applicants while their applications are being processed. The provision of these services should end if the Department of Justice grants an applicant a refugee status, a status of subsidiary protection or a permission to remain in Ireland. However, applicants who have received status (‘Person(s) with Status’) often remain in IPAS accommodation on a temporary basis while they look for their own place to live. Lot 1 refers to provision of Housing Support Services for Persons with Status Living in IPAS accommodation in Dublin, Louth, Meath, Kildare, Wicklow, Carlow and Kilkenny. Lot 2 refers to provision of Housing Support Services for Persons with Status Living in IPAS accommodation in Cavan, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Monaghan, Sligo and Roscommon. Lot 3 refers to provision of Housing Support Services for Persons with Status Living in IPAS accommodation in Cork, Kerry, Waterford and Wexford. Lot 4 refers to provision of Housing Support Services for Persons with Status Living in IPAS accommodation in Longford, Clare, Laois, Offaly, Tipperary, Limerick and Westmeath Lot 2: 2.
