Following an internal approval process Constellia were instructed by Bristol City Council to directly award a contract to Stantec to update the Transport Assessment previously provided in 2018 to understand the evidence base, review current policy and data on transport modes and determine if a need for MSCP still exists. BCC is only seeking to update the car parking demand and not a review of the full transport assessment.
