The UK Atomic Energy Authority has a requirement for Turbomolecular Vacuum Pumps required to maintain a target pressure of ≤1 x 10-7 mbar to provide a vacuum in the transmission line of the MAST-U EBW system. Our requirement is for 9 Turbomolecular Vacuum Pumps of two different sizes: 3 of Pump 1 (≥200L/s He) and 6 of Pump 2 (≥60L/s), as well as 6 associated Roughing Pumps.
