Laboranlage C-Pressensystem PR204413-2350-W MalOle Lot 1: Produktionsaufgabe ist die Herstellung von PV-Modulen mit 3D Kontur für die Integrierte Photovoltaik. Der Laminator muss die Einkapselung einer Solarzellen-Matrix zwischen zwei Einkapselungsfolien und zwei gebogenen Glasscheiben auf der Vorder- und Rückseite durchführen können. Alternativ werden eine gebogene Glasscheibe auf der Vorderseite und eine Rückseitenfolie gewählt. Als Einkapselungsmaterial werden vernetzenden Materialien wie Ethylvinyl-Acetat (EVA) und nicht vernetzende Materialien wie z.B. Polyvinylbutyral-Folien (PVB) eingesetzt.
