Description

EnBW plans the installation of the OWF "He Dreiht" with 900 MW grid capacity with 64 locations in the German North Sea, approximately 90 km of the North Sea coast (70 Nm from Eemshaven). For the foundation and turbine installation scope Client Representatives are required to witness the installation activities offshore. Foundation installation is planned from Q2 2024 onwards with a duration of approximately 95 days (p90). Turbine installation is scheduled from Q2 2025 onwards with a similar duration. Lot 1: WTG - Representing the client offshore during construction works - Witnessing all offshore activities on all relevant vessels (heavy lift installation vessel, scour protection vessel, bubble curtain vessel amongst others) - Daily reporting in writing 24/7 - Taking part in daily vessel meetings, tool box talks or other - Liaise with back office on a daily basis - Liaise with all relevant parties offshore on the vessel(s) (MWS representative, Contractor, Certifier representatives etc.) - Pro-active behaviour with client's interests in mind -Follow formal decision making processes in terms of changes during running operations (no offshore decision making by client reps) Lot 2: FOU - Representing the client offshore during construction works - Witnessing all offshore activities on all relevant vessels (heavy lift installation vessel, scour protection vessel, bubble curtain vessel amongst others) - Daily reporting in writing 24/7 - Taking part in daily vessel meetings, tool box talks or other - Liaise with back office on a daily basis - Liaise with all relevant parties offshore on the vessel(s) (MWS representative, Contractor, Certifier representatives etc.) - Pro-active behaviour with client's interests in mind -Follow formal decision making processes in terms of changes during running operations (no offshore decision making by client reps)
