Description

Beschafft wurde eine Wolkenradar für die meteorologische Wetterbeobachtung im Rahmen der Grundlagenforschung an der Universität. Vorhandene Instrumente ergänzend war der Wellenlängenbereich auf das sogenannte W-Band / 94-95 GHz vorgegeben. Lot 1: Der Auftrag umfasst die Herstellung und Lieferung eines scannenden, polarimetrischen W-band Doppler Wolkenradars. Das Messgerät soll auf der Messplattform des Meteorologischen Instituts im 6. Stock des Gebäudes Theresienstr. 37, 80333 München im Dauerbetrieb und unter Allwetterbedingungen mit vertikaler Messrichtung sowie in Azimut- und Elevations-winkel scannendem Messmodus betrieben werden. Die Messungen werden zeitgleich und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem bereits bestehenden scannenden Ka-band 35 GHz Radar, einem vertikal messenden X-band 9,4 GHz Radar, sowie einem scannenden Mikrowellenradiometer (22-31 GHz und 51-58 GHz GHz) durchgeführt werden.
