Lot 1: Der indgås en driftsaftale mellem Aarhus TECH og Aarhus Kommune for så vidt angår undervisningen i almen 10. klasse. 10. klassestilbuddet har til formål at give de unge i 10. klasse faglig kvalificering og afklaring af uddannelsesvalg med henblik på at kunne gennemføre en ungdomsuddannelse efter 10. klasse. Det faglige indhold i 10. klasse skal opfylde kravene til den obligatoriske og valgfrie del jf. folkeskolelovens bestemmelser for undervisning i 10. klasse.
