The contract will be for a flexible supply of temporary staff, with estimated volumes based on the academies' fluctuating needs. Staff must be provided in compliance with all relevant educational standards, safeguarding requirements, and employment laws. The supplier will be expected to manage all recruitment, payroll, and compliance processes, while ensuring that staff are ready for deployment as per agreed schedules.
