TY-23-06 Dynamic Purchasing System for the Purchase of Child Welfare Services

Tynset municipality wants to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the purchase of services related to the municipal child welfare service. The municipality is currently able to meet the inhabitants’ need for child welfare services. However, we want to be in front by using a Dynamic Purchasing System to be better equipped if the child welfare service should experience a need for increased capacity in case processing and measures There are no specific minimum requirements for participation in the Dynamic Purchasing System. However, a starting point is a requirement that the provider of services, such as the Child Welfare Officer, has at least a bachelor's degree as a child welfare educator/social worker, and several years of experience from case processing in a municipal child welfare service.
