Framework Agreement for the provision of Creative and Digital Campaign Services

Over the coming 3 years, the Enterprise, Employees and Skills unit (EES) in SOLAS intends to run a series of promotional campaigns on Further Education and Training (FET) targeting the employers, employees, and the enterprise community accessing in person, blended, and online learning. The EES unit is seeking support from an experienced agency to design and develop a suite of creative assets to support these promotional campaigns. The successful Tenderers will be required to advise and assist SOLAS to develop creative and digital assets to support the roll out of multi-channel creative and digital campaigns which successfully promote employee development, eCollege, FET for Enterprise and other related services. Success will be assessed via indicators that measure increased awareness and engagement by the enterprise community and learners. The Services Contract will run for 36 months. Mini Competitions will be held for the various services required during that time.
