Rahmenvertrag über die Lieferung von reaktiver Hotmelt‐Klebefolie. Ziel der Beschaffungsmaßnahme ist die Lieferung einer reaktiven Hotmelt‐Klebefolie für Passbücher zum sicheren und dauerhaften Verbinden von Papier mit Buchdeckenmaterial. Die Buchdecke wird auf der Basis von latexgetränkter Cellulose hergestellt und ist prinzipiell für den Einsatz von Hotmelt‐Klebstoffen geeignet.
