The service provision outcomes include : Families – Children and family members of people misusing alcohol and drugs are safe, well supported and have improved life chances. Recovery – Individuals are improving their health, wellbeing and life chances by recovery from problematic drug and alcohol use. Prevalence – Fewer adult and children are drinking or using drugs at levels of patterns that are damaging to themselves or others. Services – Alcohol and Drug Services are high-quality, continually improving, efficient, evidence based and responsive, ensuring people move through treatment into sustained recovery.. There was no price/quality evaluation as this was a direct award approved by West Lothian Council Executive on 22 October 2024
