Replacement of all windows and external doors comprising: Taking down and laying aside all curtains, associated rails and blinds and reinstating on completion of installation; Replacement of existing timber windows with new uPVC triple glazed units; Replacement of existing timber property doors with new uPVC partially glazed (triple glazed) doors; Replacement of all communal doors and screens with aluminium glazed doors and screens; Removal of existing timber window boards and replacement with uPVC to match window colour; Removal, as required, of reveal linings and subsequent replacement with uPVC to match window; All pointing internally and externally; Replacement of localised timber fascias (above windows) with new pvc fascias to match; and Replacement of extract fans within new windows where required. Note, potential for these to be installed through the external walls in lieu of through windows where possible to do so .
