Description

The Framework Agreement is for the Contracting Authority's need for new trucks and necessary accessories. The Framework Agreement will also include annual inspections/checks, in addition to maintenance, on both new and existing trucks. The Framework Agreement will also include annual inspections/checks, in addition to maintenance, on both new and existing trucks. The duration of the Framework Agreement period is 2 years. The Contracting Authority reserves the unilateral right to extend the Framework Agreement 1 or more times up to a further 2 (two) years. The maximum Framework Agreement period, including options, will be 4 years. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is approx. 7 000 000 NOK per annum. Total 28 000 000 NOK for the entire contract period. The estimate is done based on previous figures an/or anticipated future use according to the Contracting Authority's best knowledge. The estimate is not intended to be either an upper or lower limit for what can be taken from the Framework Agreement, and does not involve obligations pertaining to call-offs or purchasing. The concrete call-offs are dependent on the users changing need during the Framework Agreement period. These may vary in particular depending on completed exercises, placements etc. during the contract period.
