The stated consumption/scope is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for future contract volume. A contract will be signed with 1 tenderer, which will include everything in the procurement. Tenderers can rely on sub-suppliers if this is required to fulfil some of the requirements in the contest. The use of sub-suppliers will not change the tenderer's contract liability to the contracting authority. The tenderer will still be fully economically liable for carrying out the agreed delivery in accordance with the contract obligations. I.e., the contracting authority can hold the tenderer responsible for errors and shortcomings made by sub-suppliers. The tender shall be based on the hire of blood culture instruments based on the price per blood culture bottle. The stated price for the contract period must include the instruments, technical service in the form of a full service contract/collaboration contract, defined response time for problems, support, and connection to data/LIMS/LIS, installation, running-in, training for the system.
