The purpose of this Market Consultation document is to provide prospective candidates with background information on the intended nature, structure and scope of a proposed contract for the provision of a pantograph monitoring system to be utilised on the DART network and to seek feedback that will help Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) in developing its understanding of how the market might receive this Project.
