Description

A TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract with a single contractor to deliver a programme of Responsive Repairs, Void Works, Planned Works, Disabled Adaptations, Cyclical Works, 3 star breakdown, Gas Safety and Servicing and Compliance services. The labour for the programme delivery will be supplied by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teign. The successful contractor will enter into a 2nd TPC2005 contract with Teign and the Subsidiary under which Teign and the Subsidiary agree to supply labour for the programme and the contractor agrees to manage the Subsidiary's labour force. The contract will be a TPC2005 for an initial term of 10 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years. The following services will commence in year 1 of the contract: Responsive repairs, Voids, Planned, Disabled adaptations, Electrical servicing. The following services will commence in the years indicated at the sole discretion of Teign and will be discussed during the competitive dialogue process and reserve the right not to include the additional services in the final contract. Teign will expect that the Additional Services will only be awarded to the successful contractor following successful KPI results for the Core Services. 3 star gas service (2019); CCTV servicing and repairs (2017); Communal TV (2020); EPC production (2018); Lightning conductor servicing and repair (2017); Passenger lift servicing and repair (2017); Stair lift servicing and repair (2017); Fire equipment servicing and repair (2017); Asbestos surveys and remedial works (2017); Fire alarm serving and repair (2017); Emergency lighting servicing and repair (2017); Fire risk assessments (2017); Legionella testing (2017). The labour for the programme delivery will be supplied by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teign. The successful contractor will enter into a 2nd TPC2005 contract with Teign and the Subsidiary under which Teign and the Subsidiary agree to supply labour for the programme and the contractor agrees to manage the Subsidiary's labour force. Short-listed bidders and invited to Dialogue will be expected to contribute proposals for efficient delivery of the programme and added value to Teign.
