The University of Cumbria are inviting tenders for the supply of Graduation & Ceremonial Gowns, Photography and Events Services. This contract is offered via a mini competition using the LUPC Framework Agreement for the supply of Graduation & Ceremonial Gowns, Photography and Events Services (Framework Reference PFB5073LU). LOT 1 Graduation Gowns The University is looking to appoint a supplier to manage and operate the provision of ceremonial dress for graduation including gowns, hoods and hats for students, University staff, partners and stakeholders. The initial booking process should be managed by the supplier's website which should run alongside the University's ceremony administration. In addition, there would be the expectation that the supplier have adequate numbers of staff present at all ceremonies in order to assist with the robing process for students and academic staff. The university wishes to award the contract for a three-year period, commencing 1st August 2023 with the option to extend for a further two years. LOT 2 Photography Services We are also looking to appoint a supplier to manage and operate the photography for the graduation, including photographs for the students, Honorary Fellows, and Prize Winners. In addition, to offer services at other University events, such as inaugurations, when required. The University would require the supplier to assume responsibility of operations at the graduations, providing all necessary staff. The University wishes to award the contract for a three-year period, commencing 1st August 2023 with the option to extend for a further two years. Only those suppliers listed on the relevant LOTs of this Framework are eligible to submit returns.
